Nexus Business Register · Invoices, payments and cash due

Accounts payable and invoice approval for small businesses

A clear accounts payable flow for supplier invoices: confirm them, queue them for payment, see what cash is due and when, and keep finance reminders in one place.

The problem it solves

Late supplier payments damage relationships and early ones hurt cash flow. Without a single view of what is due, owners juggle invoices from memory and email.

Questions about invoices, payments and cash due

Does Nexus pay suppliers for me?

No. Nexus records invoices, what is due and payment commitments; payments are made through your bank as usual.

Does it integrate with QuickBooks or Xero?

QuickBooks Online and Xero connectivity are planned capabilities. Nexus Business Register is fully usable today without an accounting integration.

How is cash due calculated?

From unpaid confirmed invoices with due dates, grouped into the next 7, 14, 30 and 60 days. It is invoice-backed cash due, not a forecast of future purchases.
