Terms of use

These terms apply when you use this website. By using it, you agree to them.

Effective 23 September 2026

About us

This website is operated by Nexus Digital Ireland. Our registered office, and our postal address for written and official correspondence, is 26 Kirwan Court, Kirwans Lane, Galway City, H91 W7Y8. It is not a public office: no walk-in visits or in-person support are available there. You can contact us on 089 263 5532 or through our contact page.

Services and purchases

Information on this website describes our services in general terms and is not an offer. The scope, price, responsibilities and terms for each piece of work are confirmed in writing in your quote or proposal before work begins, and those terms apply to that work.

Prices shown for products and fixed-scope jobs include VAT where stated. If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are not affected.

Using this website

  • Do not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its security or operation.
  • Do not submit unlawful content, malware, or other people’s personal data without their permission.
  • Keep your customer portal credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect they have been compromised.

Content and intellectual property

The content and design of this website belong to Nexus Digital or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but you may not copy or republish them without our permission. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Guidance on the website is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the website itself. Our liability for services and products is set out in the terms agreed for that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
