We want everyone to be able to use this website and the Nexus Digital customer portal, including people who use assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design for keyboard navigation, visible focus, readable contrast, screen-reader labels, reduced motion and use on small screens.

Current status

The website is partially conformant. We are reviewing all public pages and the customer portal against WCAG 2.2 AA and fixing issues as we find them, including touch-target sizes on some question lists.
