Home IT support

Friendly IT help at home, with your safety built in.

Laptop slow, printer offline, Wi-Fi patchy or a message that looks like a scam? We help households remotely or at home, explain things plainly and never rush you.

Garda-vetted staff. No contract, and the price is agreed before any work starts.

Your safety comes first

Our promises to you.

  • Garda-vetted staff

Everyone who visits your home or connects to your devices has been Garda vetted.

  • We never ask for passwords, PINs or bank details

If a password needs changing, we help you change it yourself. Anyone asking you for these is not us.

  • Remote help only when you start it

You open the session, watch everything we do and can end it at any time. We only look at what the job needs.

  • The price is agreed first

We tell you the cost before any work starts. No pressure to buy anything.

  • You know who is coming

We confirm the day, time and who is visiting in advance. If in doubt, ring us on 089 263 5532 before opening the door.

  • Bring someone in

You are welcome to have a family member or friend with you, in the room or on the phone.

What we help with

Everyday technology, sorted.

  1. Computers and laptops

Slow machines, updates, a new laptop set up and files moved across.

  2. Wi-Fi at home

Signal that will not reach upstairs, devices that will not connect.

  3. Printers

Printing, scanning and getting the printer talking to the laptop again.

  4. Phones and tablets

Setting up a new phone or tablet, email, photos and video calls.

  5. Email and accounts

Getting back into accounts the safe way, through the official recovery steps.

  6. Scam and fraud worries

Check a suspicious message or call, and secure your accounts afterwards.

  7. Photos and backups

Keep family photos and documents safe with a backup that actually works.

  8. Help for a relative

Arrange help for a parent or relative, with their agreement.

How it works

Simple, and on your terms.

  1. Tell us what is wrong

Call or send a short message in your own words.

  2. Agree the price

We explain what we will do and what it costs before we start.

  3. Remote or at home

Remote help with you watching, or a booked visit when it is needed.

  4. Explained and written down

We show you what changed and leave a note if you want one.

Keeping everyone safe

Our team needs to be safe too. Home visits are booked in advance with the address and contact confirmed, and our staff can pause or rearrange a visit if it does not feel right. We ask for the same respect we give.
